App does not open or is stuck on loading
  • Close the application fully and relaunch it
  • Restart your device
  • Update to the latest app version from the store
  • Ensure your device has available storage space
No sound or reduced volume during animal sound playback
  • Check your device media volume (not call volume)
  • Ensure Silent Mode is disabled
  • Tap the in-app mute/unmute control
  • Reconnect Bluetooth audio devices if in use
Rewarded video did not unlock content
  • Watch the full rewarded video until it closes
  • Confirm your internet connection is stable
  • Wait a few seconds and try again
  • Reopen the application if the unlock does not take effect immediately
Parental Gate continues to appear
  • Complete the full parent challenge before selecting actions
  • Avoid switching apps during purchase or rewarded flows
  • Try again from the parent gate screen if interrupted
Ad-free purchase not reflected as active
  • Ensure you are signed into the same store account used for purchase
  • Launch the app with an active internet connection so that purchase restoration can proceed
  • Close and reopen the app after purchase completion
How to clear local app data
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app
  • Or clear app storage/cache from your device settings
