Kids first words : Animal World is an educational and entertainment tool designed for children. It provides animal sounds, names, and images for learning and entertainment purposes.
- Parental Supervision: While the App is designed for children, we recommend parental or guardian supervision for very young children.
- "As Is" Basis: The App is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for high quality, we do not guarantee that all animal sounds, images, or descriptions are 100% scientifically or phonetically accurate at all times.
3. Parental Gate and Restricted Actions
To protect children, certain features, including viewing advertisements to unlock content or making in-app purchases, are protected by a parent verification challenge.
- By completing parent verification and proceeding with an action, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child using the App.
- You are responsible for any transactions or ad-viewing actions initiated through the App.
4. In-App Purchases and Billing
All in-app purchases are processed through the respective platform provider (such as the Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
- Final Sale: All purchases are subject to the refund policies of the respective store.
- No Direct Billing: We do not collect or store your credit card or billing information.
